Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The hotel had a convenient location with shops and cafes nearby. , it was easy to walk to the main attraction.

The rooms were small and cramped. The mattress was uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well.

being within easy reach of pic du jer funicular and really close to rosary basilica. lovely stay in this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable compared to other places in the area, offering great value for money. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. The attention to detail in the newly renovated ground floor was impressive, with the lifts given a marvellous overhaul. The hotel's location was also perfect, within easy walking distance of various attractions and amenities such as cafes and the nearby river. The breakfast offered a varied selection of delicious food that catered to different preferences.

Being so near the Grotto, this is the only advantage the hotel has.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in terms of value for money. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and the service in the restaurant was top-notch. The convenient location near the sanctuary made it easy for me to explore the town on foot and visit the nearby Pic de Jer mountain. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided in the rooms.

The only minor downside was the size of the rooms, which were a bit small.

It was evident that some of them had been working there for a while, which showed their dedication to providing excellent service. Secondly, the location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the main streets leading to the religious attractions. This made it incredibly convenient for me to visit the nearby places of interest. Additionally, the prices at this hotel were very reasonable, considering the quality of the facilities provided. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from, setting me up for a day of exploring.

Friendly staff, clean in spite of its dated looks.

The hotel was extremely old and in dire need of an update. The room was very small, with old furniture. The bathroom was really old, with a cracked lavatory, a very old shower plate and a very old tap. The carpets in corridors an inside the room were also very old.

During our Xmas break, we stayed at a hotel which was conveniently located just a short walk from the amazing view of the city center and shops. The staff was friendly and provided us with the necessary information for us to explore the city. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served daily with a variety of local foods and we also liked the beautiful decorations in the lobby that created a festive mood.

We were disappointed by the small size of the rooms and outdated furniture. , the lack of proper cleaning made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.
